Can I change, add, or cancel an order that has been submitted?
We are unable to change, cancel, or add to orders once they are processed and authorized by the credit card company. Some of our items come from third-party vendors, and much of the process is automated, so there is little we can do once the order is submitted.
How do I track your order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.We ship most orders via United States fast line shipping (7 - 11 days). While some orders we ship via China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is about 20-39 days.
What if you don't get your parcel ?
If you do not get your parcel within 60 days (peak season like Hollween and Christmas might have more delay) , we will refund you fully money. 100% guaranteed.
What if the product you receive is damaged?
My Website (change this) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

I forgot to enter my discount code, is there anything that can be done?
Unfortunately after an order has been submitted there is no way to apply a discount code. Please ensure you enter your coupon code during the checkout process.
