Orders signed within 15 days:
We provide 15 Days Return/Exchange without reason.
If you simply do not like it or your friends think the color not good, you can Return/Exchange without reason. On this case, buyer bears two-ways shipping fee to return goods to our warehouse, which means buyer have to pay the return shipping fee, and deduct $5-15$ (depends on the item weight) from refund as delivery shipping fee. DHL will request fully deduct like 25$-40$.
Orders signed beyond 15 days:
If it's not quality problem or wrong goods delivered and beyond 15 days, you shall pay for the return shipping fee and also about US$5-15 shipping fee to resend if you want a replacement. For returning, you need to contact our custom service at firstname.lastname@example.org
For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence.
